Yeah, I know some men just can't make it happen. Sitting there limp and feeling useless does not make a good choice for a woman trying to get pregnant. There is a lot more to it then can be cured with a quick trip to the magazine store.
Infertility and male potency is a problem that has many sources of concern, aside from the anatomy, the libido often has to be in a peak performance mode in order for the testosterone & sperm to do their job. Needless to say, all of this is related to the male ego and it is the basis for existence. Just because a couple are compatible in everyday living, doesn't mean that they are compatible in the bedroom.
